I Have a unit complex in old toongabbie. Looking for a caretaker to do all the maintenance. this includes, taking bins out and in, washing them, the gardening and weeding, lawns the foyer cleans and external cleans as well. hours of work are flexible. there may be an option to rent out one of the units as well as would be much better suited to a live in caretaker as opposed to offsite.. thanks
