As our new Structural Practice Leader, you’ll be a vital part of the Buildings Group who are changing the way we design and deliver significant community shaping projects. This role forms part of the Leadership Team within our Queensland Buildings Group and will be based in our Brisbane office. Our team works on a range of projects, providing feasibility and complete design / construction services for our Government agency and Private clients, as well as Contractor partners.

Some of the key aspects of your role include:

- As the leader, set direction and vision for the team
- Through your excellent communication skills, lead successful single and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to budget
- Foster a learning environment by sharing your knowledge and experience with your team
- Initiate, and build strong relationships with both your clients and peers
- Enjoy collaborating with colleagues nationally and internationally within Aurecon to assist our clients achieve their goals.
