- 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

Key job responsibilities
Amazon seeks a Finance Analyst to play a key role on the International Emerging Stores Payments (IESP) Finance team, primarily supporting Amazon's Australia Payment business, including Cobranded Credit Card, Installments, Buy Now Pay Later, Gift Cards, Shop with Points, Cost of Payment, and other local payment products. The person will be part of a team responsible for long and short term financial planning, controllership of monthly financial reporting, developing and reporting on weekly financial and operational performance metrics, and providing analytical support for Senior Leadership.

- 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Six Sigma Black Belt
- Credit Card/ Payments industry experience is good to have
