**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome everyone and assist members at the front desk.
- Handle phone calls, answer questions, address complaints, and direct members to the appropriate manager if needed.
- Use our gym management program to look up member information, issue access key tags and process purchases.
- Ensure the gym is tidy.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive attitude and high passion for fitness.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Previous experience in customer service or/and reception is highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 21 per week
