Seize the opportunity to become a pivotal member of our team as a full-time, permanent Travel Consultant at our Dianella Centre

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer expert travel advice, meticulously planning and cost-effectively orchestrating itineraries for our customers
- Utilise Sabre to manage and update customer files, ensuring compliance with operational standards
- Seamlessly coordinate all travel arrangements, including cross-selling supplementary RAC products to meet customer needs
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency, maintaining adherence to operating procedures and timelines

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in retail sales of international travel packages, with a particular emphasis on cruising
- A seasoned traveller with in-depth product and destination knowledge that sets you apart
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with Sabre and SAM/Tramada or similar travel booking systems is highly desirable
