**The role**:
We are seeking a Midnight Shift Service Coordinator to work between the hours of 10pm and 6am, providing service to NRMA Member’s by identifying their needs and offering the appropriate solution, while achieving a high quality service. The key day-to-day activities include taking inbound calls in regards to NRMA’s Roadside Assistance service, coordinating service provider movements across designated operational areas to ensure appropriate resources-to-workload ratios, real-time monitoring of manual/auto-dispatch and support to service providers are required; and case management including but not limited to arranging car-hire, vehicle transportation, accommodation and passenger transport. This will be a flexible work role, where work-from-home is available, however we require applicants to live within 60km of either Gosford or Sydney Olympic Park to ensure we’re able to provide the best service possible for our Members.

**You’ll bring to our team**:

- Experience in Customer Contact Centre or similar service environment
- Previous dispatch related experience will be highly regarded
- Good geographical knowledge
- Experience in systems including GMS, CAD, Secure Pay/Market Place and Outlook highly regarded
- High level of interpersonal and problem solving skills, particularly over the phone
- Ability to multi-task whilst being mindful of set timeframes and results
