**Disability Support Workers required for shifts across Doncaster and surrounding suburbs all times and days**

**The Role**

The position in Doncaster desires experiences such as:

- Manual Handling (Highly Desired)
- Holts Trained
- Experience with Physical and Mental Health Clients
- Experience with assisting with medication
- Catheter Care experience

IDS Support Workers are responsible for supporting clients in their own homes with their day to day living to ensure that they have every opportunity to live a meaningful & fulfilling life, with choice & control. Our Support Workers are:

The role will provide IDS's Clients with opportunities for choice, self-advocacy and participation in matters relating to the home as well as facilitating access to community services and facilities.

To be considered for this role, you must have a client and outcomes focused approach and the passion to make each client experience outstanding.

We are searching for excellent Support Workers who feel their values match the IDS Values

License/Certification:

- Certificate III or Higher in; Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Drivers License, your own vehicle and full Comprehensive Insurance

Those with Nurse/Allied Health Students/Experience will be considered in lieu of certificate qualifications.

Please provide two relevant and professional reference checks
