Position: Kitchen Hand

Location: Momo Chicken Rochedale, 329 Gardner Road, Rochedale QLD 4123

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar role is preferred, but we are also open to training individuals with a strong passion for the culinary field
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

- Rochedale, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
