About Henderson Restaurant Group

We are currently have opportunities for 2 managers across our network, all levels of experience considered.

We operate 20 Subway Restaurants across Tasmanian and Victoria, we are looking for 4 vibrant and enthusiastic Restaurant Managers to join our teams based on St Kilda and Blackburn.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will lead, drive, develop and mentor a team to deliver an excellent customer experience. We have established training and development programs that support all levels of management experience.

A day in the life of a Subway Manager means you’ll be:

- Leading and supporting your team on a day-to-day basis. You will be working in front of house, leading by example, preparing food items and cleaning as required - We all work together as one team, to ensure our guests have an amazing experience.
- Focusing on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
- Helping your team with meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coaching team members by delivering on the job training and online training via the University of Subway
- Maintain and ensure compliance to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction are kept to a high standard.
- Managing business financials including budgets, and KPI’s.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift
