We have 244 accommodation rooms, and a convention centre for 1100 delegates which creates another level of diversity to our operation. The Atrium Bar is a modern slick bar with the best views in Hobart. We offer a locally inspired all-day menu and feature the best of Tassie’s boutique whiskies, gins, wines, beers and ciders - you know all the good stuff Oh, and we can’t forget about our infamous Afternoon Tea by the Waterfront

**About you**

You’ll be passionate about Tasmania; about it’s produce and it’s natural beauty and you’ll be able to talk and sell beverages based on this passion. You’ll be a service-driven person who thrives off providing a memorable experience to every single guest who walks into your bar. You’ll want to wow the guests with your ability to get them trying new things as part of the Tasmanian experience, and by telling them your stories about the beverages and producers.
