We’re opening a brand new café in Richmond and looking for a **Head Barista** to help us kick things off.
You’ll be the go-to person for everything coffee — from dialing in shots, leading the bar, training staff, and creating a great vibe behind the machine.

We’re building a fun, friendly team and want someone who’s serious about coffee but doesn’t take life too seriously. If you love a good chat with customers, take pride in your work, and want to grow with a new café, this could be for you.

What you’ll be doing:

- Running the coffee station and keeping quality on point
- Helping set up systems and service flow
- Training and mentoring baristas
- Working alongside the owner to build something special
- Bringing good energy and keeping the team vibe strong

What we’re looking for:

- Experience as a senior or head barista
- Confident with grinder dial-ins and machine maintenance
- Reliable, passionate, and easy to get along with
- Someone who wants to be part of a long-term project

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
