**About the Role**

We have a client located in the** Brookvale **area with **Standard Care** needs and your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting client with shopping and domestic duties
- Community Access - Assist client with social and recreational activities out in the community (Such as shopping and appointments)
- **Personal Care and Daily Living assistance **supporting with hygiene, showering, toileting & Grooming ect.
- Provide supervision and safety for client who is a potential risk of self harm
- Wide **variety of shifts available** throughout the week to suit you schedule

**About you**

As an experienced **Support Worker**, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client’s needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Passionate about supporting people with a disabilities
- Good **Manual Handing skills** including hoist
- Experienced working with physical and mental disabilities - Mental Health experience encouraged
- **NDIS Clearance, Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR**:

- ** Up to date Covid 19 vaccinations including booster shot**
