Are you a leader who thrives in an autonomous role? ALDI is seeking a Section Leader to guide our core transport team. As a Section Leader, you'll be leading our daily transport operations, ensuring seamless delivery schedules and effective rostering and training for your team members. You'll be the keystone that holds our transport operations together, solving logístical puzzles with skill and efficiency. At ALDI, your work contributes directly to our continuing success, and every task you undertake makes a real difference.
- Leadership of a team of people including training, conducting performance reviews, scheduling shifts, managing leave and attendance.
- Ensuring our transport operations run smoothly to keep stock in our stores for our customers
- Helping to develop the next generation of leaders in our warehouse by training and coaching team members to be their best
- Delegating tasks efficiently, capitalising on the skills, roles, and interests of your team members to achieve results.
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nutures excellence.

**Qualifications**
