- **Remuneration**:$29.04 p/hr - $30.22 (dependent on experience) + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

**Your part in our BlueCare team**
- As a
- **Rostering Officer **our main coordinator of base rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long
- and short-term rosters
- Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions
- Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements
- Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off
- Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues

- Previous experience with a service coordination, scheduling or rostering role
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience within payroll administration
- **Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage**:
