Opportunity
We are currently looking for motivated and passionate Personal Care Workers to join our direct care team in Ulverstone, Waratah and surrounding suburbs. This is a community based position and services will be completed in our clients homes.
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide care and support that enhances our clients wellbeing and deliver high quality care, maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life.
**About You**:
Minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support or Home and Community Care or Cert IV Disability, Bach/Dip of Nursing or completed first-year study towards it.
Current minimum Level 2 First Aid Certificate
Own roadworthy vehicle and valid Australian Drivers’ Licence (please note, International Drivers’ Licence is not accepted for this role)
Valid car insurance - comprehensive or minimum 3rd party
Your own smartphone (either Android or Apple)
Good verbal and written communication and basic computer skills required
At least two doses of the COVID-19 Vaccinations
Medication endorsed will be highly regarded
