Our client is a newly emerging luxury jet charter business with exquisitely appointed offices at Bankstown Airport. On their behalf we are seeking a talented Marketing Graduate with top notch office/admin skills to assist the CEO by taking responsibility for marketing, reception and admin.

**The Role**

This is a varied and interesting role that will evolve and grow with the business. You will be dealing with high net worth individuals and other consumers of luxury jet charter services. Thus an appropriate level of professional deportment and personal presentation is expectedthink Front of House at The Sheraton Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Meet and greet clients - you will essentially be the “face” of the business
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage social media and marketing activities, including updating the company website
- Maintain customer database records
- Handle all phone enquiries in a prompt, warm and professional manner
- Receive, monitor and respond as appropriate to digital/hard copy correspondence
- Day to day administration/general office duties
- Facilities management - procurement of office supplies and consumables
- Other duties as directed by the CEO

You will have completed (or substantially completed) a degree in marketing with evidence of real world experience putting your learned skills into practice. You may also have come from an environment of high-end hospitality or the luxury end of the travel industry. Whatever your previous experience, we also value the personal characteristics that will assist your success in this particular role. Thus you will have:

- impeccable personal grooming and deportment
- excellent English both written and spoken
- a confident, warm and easygoing nature that puts guests at ease
- a strong sense of responsibility, accountability and initiative
- the ability to multi-task and deal with new situations in a calm and efficient manner
- high level admin skills including proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products and a fast, accurate typing speed
- experience with marketing, social media and website maintenance.
