Personal Carer Traineeship | BlueCare | Community Care- Employment Status: Permanent Part Time- Location: Caboolture, Elimbah & Surrounding Areas- Remuneration: $32.38 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM’s) + Employee discounts- The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us, while you earn an income. - About the role:
As a Personal Carer Trainee, you’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.- Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

- Role requirements:
Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential- Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work
- Essential- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
