As an anzuk educator, you will assist in providing high-quality childcare services that support children's growth and development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
**About the Role**:
The Casual Childcare Educators will work across various age groups in the centres, supporting and guiding the permanent staff in delivering a high-quality early childhood education program. This role requires working across multiple shifts and centres as needed. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Assisting with the implementation of age-appropriate educational programs
- Nappy changes and toileting
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining a clean and organised learning environment
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
- Working with Children Check clearance
- First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Training **(not mandatory)**:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
