**Fixed Plant Fitter**:
The Role

We are looking for an experienced Fixed Plant Fitter to join our Pinjarra Workshop on a permanent, full-time basis. This Monday-to-Friday role offers 50 hours per week and a great opportunity to develop your skills while working alongside a highly experienced team.

Duties include but not limited to;
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies.
- Investigate incidents and maintain equipment integrity.
- Follow lockout procedures before maintenance.
- Control costs through efficient expenditure and waste management.
- Maintain underground equipment per OEM and company standards.
- Follow preventative and scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Ensure timely procurement of required spares.
- Provide mechanical training for maintenance personnel.
- Overhaul, maintain, and repair fixed and mobile plant equipment.
- Maintain workshop, storage areas, and cleanliness of equipment.
- Other duties as requested by the Workshop Manager

About you
- Trade qualified - Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker
- MR and HR license is highly desirable
- Previous experience as an Underground Mechanical Fitter is desirable
- Have a good understanding of general OHS
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a high standard of work quality and housekeeping
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Take charge of planned and preventative maintenance with a very proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills.
