About the OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Support Coordinator to join our Maritime business based at in Adelaide. As apart of this role you will be required to travel between Mawson Lakes (70%), Osborne (25%) & St Kilda (5%).

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and handling of incoming Combat System items, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with project expectations.
- Support inventory updates, while maintaining accurate record keeping.
- Help coordinate material movements between sites, including preparing items for transport and ensuring safe handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in the compilation and quality checks of connector kits under direction of engineering teams.
- Prepare and submit asset tracking and stocktake reports for review by the Supply Support Lead.
- Support site inspections and depopulation activities at designated locations (e.g., St Kilda, warehouses).
- Provide direct support to the DDG Supply Chain team and the Supply Support Lead.
- Highlight and escalate risks that could impact Receipt of Material in Yard (RMIY) milestones.

About YOU
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory coordination (Defence experience preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with inventory or material management systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, MILIS desirable).
- Exposure to Defence logistics, hazmat, or demil processes is an advantage.
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
- Ability to work both independently and under close supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
