**Early Education and Care Educators - Watson Early Childhood Education & Care**

Watson Early Childhood Education & Care, a brand-new purpose-built 60-place centre, is seeking skilled and experienced Certificate 3 and Diploma Qualified Educators (or somebody studying their qualifications ready for their next step) to help establish and create a lasting legacy. **What we’re looking for**:

- **Qualifications and Experience**:

- ACECQA-approved qualifications (e.g. Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualified Educators and individuals working towards their Certificate 3 and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)).
- **Essential Certifications**:

- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card or willingness to obtain.
- Full-Time Working Rights
- **Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Ability to inspire and mentor educators to achieve best practices.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with children, families, and the wider community.
- Relevant work experience in a similar role
- Collaborate and provide inclusion support and care for our diverse workforce and clients.
- Understanding of programming and development techniques for preschool children

**What we offer you**:

- Permanent part-time and full-time position - 76 hours/fortnight
- Annual salary from $25.17- $32.12 per hour (Children Services Award) dependent on qualification and experience

**About the role**: As an Educator of Watson Early Childhood Education & Care, you will:

- To assist in the recording of individual observations on a regular basis and make suggestions for the planning of appropriate experiences.
- To respect and value each child’s background and culture, and display anti-bias practices throughout the program, routine and interactions.
- To expose the children to a variety of experiences, which will extend interest and stimulate them.
- To assist in the preparation of children’s transitions throughout the Centre.
- To build a positive relationship with the children in order to develop trust between carer, child and parent.
