**Job Summary**

As the **Engineering Manager**, you’ll lead and shape the maintenance strategy for our Tatura site. From overseeing capital projects to driving innovation and sustainability, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact at a global leader in FMCG.
- Base salary starting at $170k (negotiable) + super + bonuses

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Lead the site engineering function, focusing on safety, quality, and performance.
- Foster a continuous improvement culture by following Manex principles, mentoring and leading by example.
- Develop and manage the annual capital budget including overseeing technical teams to deliver capital projects that enhance capacity, innovation, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Oversee the Professional Maintenance (PM) pillar of the Unilever.
- Manufacturing Systems (UMS).
- Develop and implement Standard Maintenance Processes (SMPs).
- Oversee the Emergency Work Order (EWO) process.
- Manage Repair and Maintenance (R&M) budgets for labour and materials.
- Improve site infrastructure, including driving sustainability for the site to meet decarbonisation targets.
- Ensure site compliance with legal and regulatory requirements/accreditations.

- Proven experience in maintenance leadership, ideally within FMCG.
