**About the Role**: As a Helpdesk Triage Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their IT issues are quickly understood and routed to the right resources for resolution. Your friendly demeanour, professional communication skills, and efficient problem-solving abilities will be crucial in delivering outstanding client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service with professional telephone etiquette.
- Triage incoming helpdesk tickets effectively, clearly communicate ticket priorities, escalate appropriately, and coordinate with technical team members for timely resolution.
- Accurately document, prioritize, and escalate client issues using our helpdesk ticketing system.
- Provide Level 1 IT Support (Quick Hits) for simple and routine IT issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors for deliveries, repairs, and warranty management.
- Maintain appropriate office stock levels to support smooth operations.
- Participate actively and contribute positively to internal team meetings.

**Additional Information**:

- This role reports directly to our Technical Lead.
- Position is office-based at the Interwise IT premises.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

- IT: 1 year (preferred)
