**The Role**
We are looking for a Client Service Manager to work within our high-performing team, providing exceptional support to brokers and liaising closely with diverse clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering value throughout the entire client journey, while also having the opportunity to progress within the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive support to brokers in managing client accounts
- Analyse and process financial documents for clients
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage client files and assist in maintaining workflow for timely processing
- Contribute to improving processes to enhance service delivery
- Provide general administrative support to the broker team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking, broking, or credit support role
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using financial software and CRM systems (experience with LMG's MyCRM is a plus)
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Nice to Have:_
- Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required
