**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced Educator wanting to take the next step in their career.

**Duties include: **
- Work in partnership with the Education Leader to deliver a high-quality educational program based on the Buttercups Pedagogy Standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance and inspiration to educators in your team.
- Promote children’s well-being and provide a safe and secure environment. 
- Create positive and respectful relationships with the children, families and the wider community. 
- Work with the Centre Manager and Education leader to create an environment that is fun, welcoming, and safe for our children and families.
- Acting as a Responsible Person at times when the Centre Manager is absent from the Centre, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operation and administration ensuring the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care to children and their families.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Diploma (or working towards), or ACECQA approved equivalent. 
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Experience in leading and mentoring others.
- Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families.
- Current First Aid certificate, Working with Children Check, up to date Police Clearance.
- Prior experience as a Room Leader or in the position of Responsible Person highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $73,500.00 per year
