An exciting opportunity has occurred for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Chermside Westfield.

As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service.
We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

**About You**:

- Are passionate about customer service
- Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s
- Have an interest in fashion and trends
- Take pride in your personal style and presentation
- Want to further your career in retail in a fast paced, performance-based environment.
- You must be available to work weekends.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:
The Assistant Store Manager will take ownership and assist in managing the store in order to achieve:

- Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer
- Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Responsibility for your team’s recruitment, development and performance
- Visual merchandising in your store
- Stock management
- Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store
- This will be done whilst adhering to the companies trading policies and procedures.
- As an Assistant Store Manager, you will also provide leadership to your team at all times.

Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role
