**About the role**

- Devolves decision making and accountability to patient care providers as close as possible to the consumer.

- Encourages and supports teaching and research.

**Qualifications**

MBBS or equivalent degree registerable with the Medical Board of Australia.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working with Children Check
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
