**THE POSITION**:
The focus of this position is to support the daily operations of the customer service area along with providing administration support.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Process orders

Collaborate with internal department to fulfill customers needs

Update product listings and pricing

Generate invoices

Process payments

Update database

Set up of new customer accounts

General administration duties

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Intermediate computer skills - MS Office, CRM

Organised

Self-starter

High attention to detail

Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
