Barista responsibilities will include:

- Customer Service
- Cashing Orders
- Making Coffee

Supervisor responsibilities also include the below tasks:

- Reconcile till
- Supervise fellow staff
- Stock control
- Responding to customer feedback
- Food assembly responsibilities
- Responsible for open & closing of store

As a Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take ownership of successful stores. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment. You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in store marketing, have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the growth of the store. Full training and support will be provided and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
