**DEPARTMENT**:
The Digital Health Division is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information and data across the organisation.

**POSITION**:
This is an entry level technical specialist role. The primary purpose of this role is to undertake allocated tasks relating to the support and, where appropriate, development of software, which includes:

- Deployment of updates to existing software and deployment of new software as required.
- Provide support for key internal systems including Source Control and Confluence.
- Provide SQL Server Database Administration activities when necessary.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Tertiary Qualification in IT or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft scripting technologies
- Knowledge of software version control concepts, change management concepts and software deployment tools.
- ASP.Net, C#, asp and/or Visual Basic programming experience with exposure to systems design.
- An intelligent analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to organise work to fit into a schedule and manage personal workload to meet deadlines.
- Able to provide afterhours support where necessary
