PERSOLKELLY are looking for a Graduate/Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney CBD office

As a recruitment consultant you will specialise in the recruitment of white-collar roles including administrators, customer service, data entry, accounts and finance, recruitment and sales professionals.

**Your role**

As a Graduate/Associate Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:

- Manage the process from interview to offer stage and beyond
- Identify and develop new and existing client/business relationships
- Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment
- Meeting agreed KPI targets

**To be successful in this role**
- Experience working in a professional environment, meeting deadlines and working towards KPI's
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a positive and results driven attitude
