**About You**
- Whilst you may have retail experience, you’ve always had a keen eye for interiors, scrolling through Pinterest in your free time. You love working with your team and building relationships with customers, but you’d thrive on the opportunity to combine these passions and make your mark in the design industry.
- You understand the value of having a genuine conversation with a customer and identifying exactly what they're looking for and you know how to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and envision what they’re going through.
- You're a natural planner so you’ve devised a system to effectively manage and prioritise your time. You’ve never missed a deadline and your to-do list never goes unchecked.

**About the Role**

Located in the Arundel showroom, you will add incredible value to the team through:

- Welcoming customers like interior designers, architects, home renovators and stonemasons into the showroom and making sure they are feeling comfortable and wanting for nothing.
- Whilst taking the customer through the selection process, asking the right questions so they know when it’s appropriate to stop showing them new products as not to confuse them and when to offer more alternatives.
- Following up all customers that have visited the showroom with an intention to buy are with a phone call to gain a deposit and assurance that they’ll put the product on hold.
- Tidying and ensuring the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including replenishing brochures and restocking products.

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in customer service
- An interest in interior design and architectural surfaces
