**About You**
- Experience in a dynamic restaurant/Bar setting is highly valued.
- A passion for mixology artistry and a desire to innovate in the bar.
- Background in high-end restaurant or bar is advantageous.
- A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence.
- Keen to take on new challenges and grow within your career.
- A current Victorian RSA is essential for your role.
- Embody a polished professionalism with an audacious approach to creativity; a passionate, and a playful spirit that enriches our environment while creating memorable guest experiences.

**About the Role**
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
- Ensure thorough understanding menu and special offerings including dietary.
- Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and venue/hotel offerings.
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use.
- Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, break down goods, clean equipment and areas, return equipment to proper locations, lock refrigerators, restock items, turn off lights, lock doors, and complete daily cleaning checklist.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Use clear and professional language when speaking with others.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Assist follow talent to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
