**Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses - Cranbourne** is an established store for over 6 years. We are a small happy vibrant team and seeking additional long term team member to provide excellent service to our loyal customers. It is a happy & fun environment to work and chat with loyal customers.
- **Main duties and responsibilities of this role includes but not limited to**:_
- Serving customers with a smile, taking cake orders, making excellent Coffees and undertaking all other cafe all rounder duties as required.
- Practice company Policies and Procedures and ensure all safety standards are adhered to including Food Safety processes
- Café All Rounder with **coffee making experience highly preferable**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise with team members and customers
- Excellent Cash Handling Skills
- Reliable, responsible and highly committed to get the tasks completed
- Positive attitude with lots of initiative, Willingness to learn quickly and be part of a happy vibrant team
- Be willing and able to work a flexible roster (Must be available to work Monday to Friday)
- Control stock ordering, waste management, open and closing of store.
