**The Role**

As our **Shade Structure Installer**, you’ll be responsible for:
✔ **Installation of high-quality shade structures**, including shade sails and cantilevered designs
✔ **Managing site set-out, product deliveries, and installation schedules**
✔ **Working with a small team** (one other installer), ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship
✔ **Liaising with clients on-site**, providing professional and friendly service
✔ **Working independently and taking responsibility for installations**
✔ **Maintaining a safe and well-organised work environment**

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experienced shade structure installer**or **a**similar field *_(ie. Building industry)_
- Strong **leadership skills** - ability to manage small teams.
- Excellent **problem-solving and technical skills**:

- Self-motivated and **capable of working independently**:

- Strong **client communication and customer service skills**:

- Valid **Driver’s Licence** (unrestricted)
- **White Card** and **Working at Heights Certificate** (or willingness to obtain)
- **Working with Children Blue Card** (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Construction or Installing: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- White Card (required)
