**Part-Time Partnership Manager - Deadly Coders**

**20 hrs per week**

Deader Coders is an indigenous-owned coding initiative, established by Junior Engineers in 2021. Our mission is to bring STEM education to every primary and secondary indigenous child in the next 10 years.

The First Nations Partnership Manager will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Deadly Coders programs by managing relationships with schools, partners and stakeholders while leveraging networks to drive new partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain relationships with existing schools and community organisations

Work with indigenous STEM professionals to ensure program reflect appropriate cultural perspectives.

Leverage networks and community connections to identify and pursue new partnerships that align with the Deadly Coders mission.

Develop strategies and presentations to secure new partnerships, including schools, community groups, corporate partners, etc.

Essential requirements: Proven experience in partnerships, community engagement, business development preferably in education or STEM-related fields. Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities for First Nations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and results driven with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies for partnership growth.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Auchenflower, QLD 4066
