**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced **Civil Foreperson**to join our high calibre team in delivering a portfolio of urban development and infrastructure projects in Melrose Park.

As an experienced Foreperson, you will work collaboratively with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. With a robust pipeline of projects ahead, you will have opportunities to build a long-term career with an employer who fosters a high performing, transparent and accountable culture.

- Certificate IV in Civil Construction
- extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
- excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
- motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

- Prior experience in urban development projects (industrial/residential subdivisions) - **MUST HAVE**:

- Prior TfNSW project experience (Advantageous)
