**The Position**

As the Project Engineer / Detailer, you will have responsibility to oversee project activities from detailing, site measurement, shop drawings, producing production engineering sheets and supervising installation works

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the sales department to schedule new project/site measures for new projects/contracts that are approved to commence.
- Attend to construction sites and perform site assessment and opening measures, clear access to ensure readiness for installation.
- Produce detailed engineering sketches of site access and measurement according to project requirements.
- Liaise with client’s site supervisors and build relationships with builders to facilitate installation.
- Perform engineering tasks and produce production/engineering sheets of roller shutter products according to company standards.
- Assist in providing workshop drawings.
- Ensure that site assessment meet the required scope of supply and install as requested and clarified with the customer and clearly articulate any deviations.
- Assess site access requirements, terrain and required access equipment that are suitable for the installation job to be completed safely.
- Ensure informed and accurate technical advice is provided to potential customers regarding the Company's products. Use the provision of technical advice and a means to differentiate the company on a technical and customer service level.
- Document any critical discussions with customers and send discussion minutes to customers for confirmation of agreed outcomes.
- Work closely with the scheduling and planning to coordinate production engineering sheets issuance and installation schedules.
- Monitor project execution to ensure safety, quality and cost efficiency are maintained.
- Assist with the preparation of paperwork to initiate the raising of invoices relating to completed projects.
- Guide customers through the decision-making journey to help discover new sources of value creation which the Company may capitalize on.
