**About the team**:
Logistics delivers. Our team supports one of the largest supply chain and distribution networks in Australia. We work collaboratively with our transport partners around the country to get stock where it needs to be on time, every time.

**About the Role**:
Take ownership of carrier compliance across our expansive Coles Collect network. You will be accountable for execution, safety, compliance and cost control for a large portfolio with a >$400m annual spend.

You will also:

- Be responsible for managing and driving operation excellence including meeting 99% DIFOT, numerous safety metrics and contract compliance
- Be a key contributor to carrier rate negotiations dealing with large transport providers and executive level decision makers
- Coordinate carrier framework audits against complex legislation and codes of practise.
- Oversee extensive serious incident investigations and manage resulting recommendation implementations and holding relevant stakeholders accountable
- Design and lead the delivery and execution of key strategic priorities and large-scale carrier/customer network implementations to support growth

- Strong experience in the transport/logistics industry
- Proven ability to deliver major business growth and transformation
- Commercial acumen with exposure to managing significant financial metrics and delivering positive financial results
- Ability to influence and create value for both the business and carrier partners
- Ability to be proactive, fast paced, demanding and resilient
