**Key areas of responsibilities for the Retail & Brand Executive will include**:

- Delivery of the annual Centre marketing plan to budget, including execution of marketing strategies to increase retailer sales, foot traffic, website traffic, and increasing Centre awareness.
- Generate retailer participation in Centre marketing campaigns and events, managing and maintaining regular retailer engagement and retailer relationships/initiatives with existing and new retailers.
- Collaborating directly with retailers to ensure a coordinated and complimentary approach to their individual marketing campaigns. Ensure key retailer/category/precinct metrics, challenges and opportunities are considered in the campaign process to maximise the effectiveness of campaigns for retailers.
- Maintain relationships with digital and creative agencies to ensure good outcomes for the Centre.
- Creation, development, implementation, and delivery of all promotional campaigns across relevant media channels.
- Development of relationships with the community, tenants, and customers to ensure the awareness and brand management of the Centre.
- Demonstrate good financial management of marketing campaign budgets through accurate budgeting, campaign reporting and reconciliation, including analysis of ROI for all campaigns.
- Oversee the Centre’s digital and social media platforms and content calendars including management of database marketing in conjunction with 3rd party social media/website agencies.
- Manage the strategy and delivery of Supplementary Income targets (including Budget preparation) across the Centre (Mall, Brand Space and Sundry), looking for income increasing & other commercialisation opportunities.
- Completion of reports on a weekly, monthly and as required basis.
- Preferably tertiary qualified with marketing experience or a minimum three years shopping centre experience in a similar role.
- Experience implementing and managing campaigns/strategies including budgets.
- Preferably experienced in CML bookings & management, in addition to Brand and Sundry income.
- Enthusiastic team player with strong organisational, administrative & communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge and analysis of key performance indicators for the Centre including sales figures, traffic figures and the generation of PR for the Centre.
- Have social media awareness, with a commitment to remaining up to date on all digital trends.
- Excellent time manager, with experience of successfully achieving multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Be comfortable, confident, and capable in a full range of mediums, tools, and channels for connecting with tenants, customers, and stakeholders, with attention to detail.
