**Your Role as HR Advisor**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with NDIS standards and organizational goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to support our expanding team.
- Provide expert HR advice to managers and staff on workplace relations, performance management, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and NDIS workforce requirements.
- Foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture that reflects our values.
- Support change management initiatives to enhance team performance and organizational efficiency.
**What We’re Looking For**

- **NDIS Knowledge**: Practical experience working within the NDIS framework, including compliance and workforce requirements.
- **HR Expertise**: A strong background in HR advisory roles, ideally within disability or community services.

- **Proactive Mindset**: A solutions-focused approach to tackling HR challenges and driving improvement.
- **Qualifications**: A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly regarded.
