This role will provide comprehensive experience in implementing end to end Identity Management (IM) solutions to support uplifting of Queensland Health's identity lifecycle management across the enterprise. This role will also provide strategic direction and technical management support to the technical team for a successful delivery of the project's technical outcomes.

**Duties will include**:

- Level 3 support activities (technical review, triaging and defect fixes) of the QH IAM solution.
- Liaison with other technical teams to support changes in their infrastructure that will impact IAM.
- Reviews scheduled tasks and performs daily system health checks and reporting.
- Partner with key stakeholders, HHSs and external suppliers / vendors in developing, socialisation and implementation of technical plans

Are you right for this role?
- Experience in technology design including integration of technologies and have specialist knowledge in the following technical domains:

- Identity Management (IM) solutions
- Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
- PowerShell and API scripting
- Rest/Web Services and SQL
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, at business and technical levels, complex architectural concepts, drivers, and issues, in both written and verbal formats.
- Demonstrated understanding of how to integrate information technology with business processes and people.
