Do you enjoy driving around Melbourne’s CBD and inner-suburbs, jumping in and out of a van and getting involved in physically active and rewarding work outdoors? This is the job for you

As a **Van driver (Operations specialist)**, you will get to work as part of a supportive team, distributing share e-Bikes and e-Scooters to key locations across inner-Melbourne.

You will navigate to locations, swapping old batteries for charged ones and ensuring the fleet is parked in a compliant manner around the city. When a vehicle needs servicing, you will retrieve it and bring it back to base.

You will start and finish every shift at our warehouse in Port Melbourne, where you’ll be supplied with a van, equipment and technology (phone) to undertake your tasks.

**Example responsibilities and tasks**
- Utilise Lime’s operations app to undertake tasks and submit reports
- Follow directions to map locations and undertake tasks as required
- Perform in field swaps of e-bike batteries that are low on charge
- Communicate with and respond quickly to live requests, including through app use.
- Move share bikes to different locations
- Retrieve sharebikes from undesirable locations

**Shift Times**:
Night shifts with standard hours of **10pm - 6am**

We are currently offering Casual positions, under the Vehicle Repair, Service and Retail Award [MA000089] Level 2. Pay rates are:
**Night Hours (Mon - Fri) - $36.12**

**Saturday Hours (any time) - $42.14**

**Sunday Hours (any time) - $54.18**

**Requirements**:

- 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver's license - comfort with driving and parking larger vans safely
- Fit and active - able to lift 30kgs frequently
- Familiarity with using smartphones / technology (iOS/iPhone experience preferred)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (safety permitting)
- Great attitude and collaboration skills - teamwork is key to success

**Salary**: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
