Circuit Coach

We're looking for a Circuit Coach who is passionate about empowering women inside and out Full training provided.

Curves is committed to helping women become stronger and fitter through their 30 minute circuit whole body workout. We offer a non-judgemental, body positive environment to help women of all ages and abilities enjoy a more active future. This varied role involves understanding member needs and a desire to help women reach their goals, training them on our unique equipment, coaching and motivating, leading group classes, providing excellent customer service, as well as sales and administrative duties.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Cert 3 in Fitness or study/experience in a related field. Experience in customer service and sales will be an advantage.

Ideally you will also:

- be self-motivated, mature-minded with a positive 'can-do' attitude
- have excellent communication skills with an ability to relate to all ages
- have confidence to lead group fitness classes and convert leads into sales
- be caring, reliable, energetic and enjoy working in a team environment
- be self-motivated and can work autonomously if required
- have intermediate computer skills
- hold a current Senior First Aid/CPR Certificate (training can be provided to successful applicant)

Due to shift hours, this position would suit someone living locally (inner-west).
