**About the Role**:
This position requires the ability to understand and clearly describe advanced systems to a technical audience in clear, concise, English.

Reporting to the General Manager, Service Testing and Automation, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Research of technical concepts and production of detailed technical specifications;
- Coordinating the translation of text for firmware and software into multiple languages;
- Creation and maintenance of help files for software;
- Writing user manuals for new products and maintaining a library of existing user manuals in multiple languages;
- Development of technical work instructions;
- Developing and maintaining training materials for training courses;
**What You’ll bring**:

- Expert written English communication skills
- Organised approach to creating and maintaining documentation
- A qualification in a related technical area (electrical engineering preferred)
- Experience in the electrical or software engineering industries;
