**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our front of house team are confident, vibrant, and self-motivated professionals who are meticulous about service delivery. Taking full accountability of your section whilst proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity. With a genuine passion for hospitality, you'll be providing warm and friendly service, suggesting wines, shaking inspiring cocktails and ensuring your guests always enjoy a memorable experience .

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a premium a la carte restaurant
- Hospitality comes naturally to you - guest service is in your DNA.
- You are punctual, reliable, self-driven and a quick problem solver.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.
- Available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.
- Quick thinker, highly organised with superb attention to detail.
- You have Australian working rights and a valid VIC Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).

Every corner of The Clifton Hotel has been repurposed and restored, featuring an expansive outdoor courtyard, function room, aperitivo bar and a playful, vibrant Italian restaurant led by esteemed restauranteur and chef, Guy Grossi who is famous for some of Melbourne’s finest Italian offerings.

Puttanesca, an Italian restaurant and bar is the first of its kind in Kew. With strong ties to the community and wider Melbourne food and produce scene, the culinary offering at The Clifton Hotel has a recognisable flair and approach that will now be accessible to all looking for enlivened Italian flavours.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.25 - $45.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
