Clement Janken has two venues on Monash Univserity campus and we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Hand/Dishwasher to join the team.

Reporting directly to our Head Chef, you will have a proven track record of providing an exceptional level of efficiency, cleanliness and basic kitchen skills.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Assist Chefs with food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- Support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food service during busy event periods.

Monash Club and Church of Secular Coffee is open Monday to Friday. This is an end-of-year casual position with shift only available until the end of December as the business closes for Christmas and New Year's.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 per hour
