Job Title: Academic Tutor

Whether it's through one-on-one sessions, group tutoring, or online platforms, we adapt to the needs of each student to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct educational assessments to identify student needs and develop customized learning plans.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring to students or facilitate small group sessions in person or via our online platform.
- Engage students through interactive and motivational teaching strategies that cater to various learning styles.
- Track and report on students’ progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and the Alpha Tutoring team to maximize student success.
- Prepare educational material and resources tailored to the student's needs.
- Remain flexible in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our students.
- Continuously seek professional development to improve teaching and mentoring skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any education (optional)
- Strong understanding of teaching strategies and educational curricula.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in digital platforms used for online education.
- Passion for education and commitment to the academic success of students.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
