**ROLE**

**The Program Test Manager will be accountable for test strategy development and execution coordination to support the successful delivery of projects related to Lifeline’s Technology and Communications systems.**

**The role is responsible for undertaking test planning, scope the testing required, estimate the effort and duration of testing, determine resource and environment requirements, preparing and reviewing testing documentation, including test requirements/conditions, test cases, execute testing and develop closure reports.**

**The role will work in collaboration with other areas of Lifeline Australia and external vendors to ensure that projects are delivered to an agreed and suitable level of quality.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Review requirements for testability.**:

- **Create overarching program test strategy, covering SIT, Penetration and Security testing, Load testing, and UAT.**:

- **Create relevant test plans and contribute to high level documentation where required.**:

- **Collaborate with stakeholders for user and systems requirements when documentation is insufficient.**:

- **Identify test conditions/ test objectives and derive test cases using advanced test techniques.**:

- **Create comprehensive test assets in the appropriate tools relevant to test conditions.**:

- **Utilise appropriate tools to execute test cases and report results.**:

- **Raise and close defects and set up a defect lifecycle process when required.**:

- **Report results as required to managers across the business.**:

- **Capable of working with Agile methodologies, collaborating with and across teams as required.**:

- **Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.**:

- **Plan, organise and manage competing priorities**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Graduate qualifications and relevant test management experience in an IT or equivalent environment or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.**:

- **Minimum 5+ years in test management including completing multiple IT projects on time and delivering high quality outcomes.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively with technical specialists, business analysts, vendors, and project team members.**:

- **Strong understanding of the SDLC and testing processes**:

- **Strong test experience in all areas of the SDLC, including system, SIT or UAT.**:

- **Contribute to the continuous improvement of test quality by undertaking reviews and recommending improvements.**:

- **Can effectively adapt to workload and issues to maintain momentum.**:

- **Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral, including demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with internal and external key stakeholders.**:

- **Highly developed analytical, problem solving and organisational skills with an ability to meet priorities, competing deadlines and use of sound judgement in decision making.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team of people, to provide consistent, responsive and high quality administrative and project support.**:

- **Demonstrable experience delivering Contact Centre projects**:

- **Implementation of Genesys Cloud CCaaS or equivalent (desirable)**:

- **Implementation of MS Dynamics (desirable)**:

- **Implementation of MS Power Apps (desirable)**:

- **Knowledge or use of Verint WFO or equivalent platforms (desirable)**:

- **Knowledge/experience of Agile methodologies (desirable)**
