We are currently seeking casual Educators for consistent work (permanent contract will be considered), who are excited about our vision and values. We are looking for that special person whose dedication to lifelong learning will ensure our children are given the opportunity to become the best that they can be.

Educator Qualities:

- A strong understanding of children informed by early childhood developmental knowledge.
- Observe, plan and implement our inquiry-based curriculum approach.
- Use relevant teaching strategies to develop emergent 21st century knowledge and skills, including problem solving, critical and creative thinking, resilience and self-regulation.
- Critically reflect on your own professional practice using evidence, including feedback from children, colleagues and families.
- Identify, plan and engage in professional learning to improve practice.
- Meet professional ethics and conduct responsibilities.
- Work in partnership in with your lead educator, Centre Director and Educational Leader.
- Experience in working with children and demonstrate responsive practices that meet children's individual needs & routines.
- Emphasis on creating and maintaining learning environments for children which are physically safe yet promote a challenge to support well-being and development.
- Self-motivated to engage in professional learning opportunities to improve practice

You would bring the following:

- Hold an ACECQA recognised qualification or be actively working towards one
- Extraordinary relationship skills - exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certifications

**Salary**: $60,155.00 - $102,800.00 per year
